90 Day Money Back Guarantee
We stand behind every PFirst product. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you have 90 days from the day of receipt to request a full refund — even if you have already opened the bottle and used the product. Supplements take time to work, and we want you to be able to try them properly, risk-free.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@pfirst.com with your order number, and return instructions will be provided. All refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
In the event that your order arrives damaged in transit (for example, a broken seal, leaking bottle, or crushed packaging) or you receive the wrong product, please notify us immediately at support@pfirst.com, along with your order number and a photo of the item. We will gladly send a replacement free of charge — no return required.
Please do not consume a product if the safety seal is broken or missing upon arrival.
Cancellation after ordering
If you wish to cancel your order after payment has been processed, please contact us as soon as possible. Shipments are sent every business day from Monday to Saturday. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible, and you will need to return the item to receive a refund.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different one (for example, you ordered Magnesium Glycinate but would prefer Omega-3), please contact us at support@pfirst.com within the 90-day period. For safety and hygiene reasons, only unopened products with an intact safety seal can be accepted for an exchange. If your product has already been opened, our money back guarantee still applies and we will be happy to issue a refund instead.
Never received
If your order tracking indicates that your shipment has been delivered, but you have not received it, please reach out to us within 1 week of the delivery date. We will investigate the situation and issue a refund or replacement.
How long will it take for my refund to be processed?
Once your return request is approved, we aim to process your refund within 1 business day. Additionally, please allow three to seven business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
